All of our plans are built with trusses. A Reproducible set of plans is composed of the following: Foundation plan, First and/or Second Floor, set of Elevations (front, rear, and sides), Building Section, Roof Plan, Electrical schametic for First and/or Second floor and Standard Detailed Sheets. There are 4 items that they don't have, Plumbing, (the plan shows where the sinks, tubs etc. but that is it), HVAC, Truss Layout for the roof and complete Electrical plan. And none of them have interior elevations; i.e. cabinets specs. The reason behind is that Plumbing, Trusses they and HVAC & Electrical, they all have to meet Bldg codes in the area the the customer is thinking or proposing to build. And they will need the services of a Structural Engineer for different reasons. However, our plans meet the Standard Bldg. Code throught the Country, and have been built all over the country and out of the country.
