A:No, sorry I do not. You could look into modifying the plan. I could modify the foundation and floor plan and get exactly what you want. Leaving the elevations, roof plans, electrical plan and section views as is.

Q:Does the plan show floor joists for the crawlspace? Why is the house drawn at 35' instead of 36' wide?
A:Plan does show a crawlspace plan showing the floor joists and footings, etc. There is a floor joist space chart on it also. Floor joist are not sized as they could several types of joist.
Heated area is 35’ x 35’ because that’s the way it was desiged.

A:Yes it does. Actual heated SF is 35' x 35'.

Q:Where is the AC and return air located on this layout?
A:The HVAC unit is located in the attic, accessed thru the large walk-in closet by a hatch, Return air is where the HVAC contractor needs to locate it, typically on the ceiling. Thanks for the question!

Are the dormers functional (letting light in) or decorational?

Ceilings are flat in this plan. However, any of the rooms could have either a "V" vault or a box vault if desired.
Water heater goes in the attic accessed by a hatch in the closet. Again if desired could be moved to one of the large closets if desired.
Dormers are decorational........The front dormer could have be light functional by vaulting to to the window.
